public class WildcardMatchOnNameFilter

CrawlableDatasetFilter implementation that accepts datasets whose
names are matched by the given wildcard string. The wildcard string
can contain astrisks ("*") which match 0 or more characters and
question marks ("?") which match 0 or 1 character.
