   - no more Kerberos4 in "kinit" (MIT branch - just AFS)
   - remove "klog" and "tokens" wrappers - use OpenAFS version in standard path
   - add "pagsh.openafs" to "pagsh" wrapper
   - remove "klist" and "kdestroy" - MIT version should be in user path.
